Painted to replicate the darker colors of the film’s famous advance poster (seen below), this new version of Destoroyah will also feature film accurate eyes (a fix from the original figure), and will be an all-together more accurate depiction of the creature than Tamashii’s first version. The figure is set to feature four Maser Tanks and four Maser Guns as extras. Sadly, none of Destoroyah’s myriad beam weapons will be included. However, the figure is sure to display brilliantly with Tamashii’s upcoming Ultimate Burning Godzilla figure (as seen above), due out early next year.
I commented about this in the official S.H. Monsterarts thread too. So...yeah.Anyways, now I have a chance to get Burning Godzilla and Destoroyah both with movie accurate colors.
Following the first Evangelion Unit-01 model in Burning Godzilla's color to be released in the coming November, Kotobukiya has also added painted in the 1993 version Mechagodzilla's color, as the second item from the ongoing "Godzilla vs Evangelion" collaboration line, for a January 2017 release. The version was appeared in the 1993 film Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla directed by Takao Okawara, one of the most successful films in the Heisei series. The price for the 190mm-tall model is 6,696 yen (about 65 US dollars).
It would end up being Burning Godzilla vs Destroyah with Zilla Jr losing first followed by Keizer Ghidorah. Sincce we've already seen that matchup play out it would be the same with Destoroyah winning until Burning Godzilla hit critical then he'd come out on top.
